Refund Policy

Introduction

This policy outlines the circumstances under which Al Etihad Travel will offer a refund to our customers.

General Refund Terms

Refunds will only be given in circumstances where Al Etihad Travel has not met its service obligations, or as otherwise specified in these terms. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Accommodation Bookings

In the event of hotel overbooking, closures, or other circumstances that prevent us from accommodating your stay, a full refund will be given. Individual hotel refund policies may also apply.

Tour and Activities Bookings

For cancellations made by Al Etihad Travel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your tour or activity booking, you may be eligible for a refund based on the provider’s cancellation policy.

Flight Bookings

Refunds for flight bookings will be subject to the specific airline’s fare rules and terms of service.

Refund Process and Timing

Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation. The funds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the booking.
